The BFRMO has responsibility for overseeing the collection of the rent from tenants on the estate on behalf of the Council. The BFRMO has bought into the Council’s rent collection service. Tenants are responsible for paying their rent to the Council continuing to use the following methods of payment:
Telephone – Contact 0800 0217763 and follow the prompts.
Internet – Using your debit card online at: www.wandsworth.gov.uk/payments
Swipe Cards – To make payments at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet. Please refer to your ‘Your Rent Explained’ booklet for further details.
Bank Payments and Online banking – Details available on request.
Standing order – Standing order mandates are available on the council’s website.
