Residents are entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the home. The BFRMO is committed to this. We are aware that the majority of residents actively support this aim. Where residents do not, we will take firm but fair action. Each situation will be dealt with on its merits.
Leaseholders have similar obligations contained in their lease (Third Schedule Parts 1 & 2) although they have the right to assign the property.
The BFRMO will support any resident where there is Anti-Social Behaviour.
