All residents of Battersea Park Estate will have recently received a Customer Satisfaction Survey questionnaire from Wandsworth Council which is being sent to all Resident Management Organisation (RMO) residents within the Borough.
The sets of questions are about your housing and the services you receive from the RMO and Wandsworth Council. The RMO provides day-to-day management services including repairs, block and estate cleaning, and dealing with complaints of anti-social behaviour.
We strongly encourage residents to fill in the questionnaire and we appreciate your feedback on the above items. The questionnaire should be completed and returned as soon as possible however no later than 30th September 2016 in the envelope provided.
